Ahg, so busy!!!

As someone pointed out, I haven't been updating this for a while. I have my excuses:
1) I'm busy teaching and trying to appease my boss's constant nagging
2) I'm teaching seven students, 3 privately
3) I'm teaching
4)...etc.
...
10) I'm dancing.
If you wanna come with me to Boogiezone NJ/Rhythmology/Project d dance classes, call me up!! Being the only person at those events is...not as great as being in a group, especially if you don't pick up choreo as fast as others.
Ok, other thoughts.
I'm finding myself getting more and more addicted to Haruki Murakami by the second. Every time I find myself in a bookstore, which is like 2/3x every week, I'm always (re)reading his novels and short stories. He's such a great storyteller, and his prose just feels more naturally connected to (my) life than the prose of other authors. If you've read/are reading him, you know what I"m talking about. Seriously, check out this guy. He's great. Haruki Murakami. Go. Now.

  1. You do sound busy! I'm glad to see you update though :) Wish I could join you in dance over there, but I have to make do with my own here.

Ah, Murakami... I've read Norwegian Wood and also in the process of reading one of his short story anthologies. If you've read Norwegian Wood, you'll appreciate the environment and mood I was in when reading it: I'd just left Hong Kong and was sitting atop a misty mountain on the island of Sicily, slightly depressed but oddly soothed by that novel.
